Often times, new beginnings, transformation, and growth will bring a bit of fear because when we change we know something will need to end for us and some of us may have become very comfortable and attached to how things have been. We may forget that our purpose in life is to continue to grow, seek new opportunities, and strive to be the best version of ourselves we can be.
As you continue on your life journey, you should consider measuring your progress by examining your dedication to remaining on the path these past twelve days. This series was intended to help you visualize a few gifts that may assist you on your journey toward your success, professionally and personally. Notice I used the word journey, not destination. By putting your focus on taking small steps each day and applying the gifts provided in the past eleven posts, I hope experience transformation and growth toward what you want in the coming year!

Identify three things you would like to do better this year. This decade.
Identify three ways you intend to continue to grow to improve this year. This decade.
What is one brave step you will take today to get started?
Consider your answer to this question based on any growth you've done by participating with the past eleven posts - How are you different today than twelve days ago?
I hope you will continue to apply these 12 Gifts to Your Success both professionally and personally. I hope you will reflect upon and find humor in who you were last year and who you are now, or who you are still striving to become. This new year will (hopefully) bring us each 365 days and I plan to embrace each day with gratitude, curiosity, and compassion. My Christmas wish for you is that you will better know the amazing gift YOU are to this world!
